Last Chance to appear PhD coursework Examination
For information to all MIU Students, Faculty and Admin staff,
It is for general information to all students of Pre PhD 2021 winter batch and 2022 Summer batch who are having uncleared papers that, the last chance Examination to clear the PhD coursework will be held during March and April 2024.
The Exam Dates of Papers I, II, and VI are on March 17, March 28 and April 28 whereas paper III, IV and V will be decided by the departments.
All interested Research scholars should send a request to the Controller of Examination for the Exam form. The Last Date for submission of Filled Exam Form was March 1, 2024, will be extended to 14 March and the fee is Rs 500/- per paper with a late fine of Rs 100. Admit cards will be issued.
All students must clear the semester fees also, failing which admit cards will not be issued.

After completing the payment process, students must ensure that they upload a copy of their payment receipt. This is a mandatory step and failure to do so may result in delays or complication in updating data . The receipt serves as proof of payment and is essential for the institution to verify the transaction. It is recommended to keep a copy of the receipt for personal records as well. Students should ensure that the receipt is clear and legible before uploading it on the designated form.
